There is another link under the category of personal finance but it has nothing to do with finance. If you have difficulties in making payment, you can click the link named wachoviabank.com. You will have an expert helping you to fix your problems and you don’t have to go out of your home to get the service. What you need to do is to choose a button between the two “call us today” and “we’ll call you”. Don’t you think this service shows the attentiveness and consideration of the Wachovia? It’s really good in my opinion.

It's happening with Wachovia in Florida too. After working months on a short sale for my home in West Palm Beach. Have a 1st mortage with American Home Servicing that will be paid off in full, Wachovia as 2nd gets paid 100k, approx 25perent of what I owe on the 2nd. The are requiring me, however, to sign an agreement that I will be liable for the balance ..over 300k at ANY time in the future. They will not strike the clause ..... and my attorney tells me I might as well let it go to foreclosure and eventually file for bankruptcy. Thanks Wachovia!

This may affect the reputation of BA. BA management should do something about it so that their valued customer will still stick to them.

I don't know about other banks but i think Bank of America should cease whatever bad thing they are doing to people specifically their borrowers.

Troubled mortgage borrowers shouldn't put all their hopes in banks. Taking advantage of the financial options is vital specially now with the current financial crisis. I only have Austin mortgage on my mind, what I like best about this mortgage is that it allows me to predict it, this gives me a more sense of stability.

Thank for your information, Yes the people bought houses they could not afford so now it is going to come down on the responsible homeowner to bail them out. They are the people that force the housing prices up Greentree Financial Repossessed Mobile Homes and then bail out on their responsibility , the the politicians , blame the greedy lenders.

I think BA should stop that because it can make their reputation even worse. It can have a bad effect on their clients.

The weird thing is that the Bank of America got 30 billion dollars bailout money which of course were paid from tax payers' money, but the bank sues tax payers for not paying their loans in time because of the global crisis. I don't get it: you bail out the bank with tax payers' money but not the tax payers? Good deal:)) We have clowns for politicians.

As far as I heard many banks in order to become bankrupt because the people won't return the money they borrowed, hired performance bond, people that help them to recover their losses. In my opinion this is a great way to do this and as far as I heard they have success in more then 90% of the cases.
