ACORN was amongst the thugs/deceivers that forced banks/lenders to be more "creative" in their loan programs, thereby giving loans to people that would NEVER be able to pay them back. Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, and Barack Obama were at the forefront of the massive corruption that ensued, and now they act like they care. This site is absolute BS! For those of you that have posted your very sad and real stories here, you are roosting chickens in the very henhouse that the foxes thar run this website created. This is a socialist/Marxist site, run by the enemies that put you where you are. And the George Soros funded deception is fully loaded here!

Re: Bank of America Still Screwing Troubled Mortgage Borrowers

yes please keep us posted via RSS

Re: Bank of America Still Screwing Troubled Mortgage Borrowers

Hi, I just saw several frustrated homeowners loosing their dream homes. Please use contact NACA, https://www.naca.com/nacaWe..., to act on your behalf. They have offices in every major city, and some smaller areas I am sure. And the best part is that they work for you for free. If you can go to a NACA event at a stadium or arena, do everything you can do to attend. We went and while our bank did not accept our offer, they did at least gave us a counter offer to lower our payments substantially, by lowering the interest rate. We had just gone into a bankruptcy to force them to negotiate with us, which only stopped the foreclosure, and allowed us to pick up our usual payments, as opposed to the double the usual payment we were forced to pay due to the value of the house decreasing. NACA arranged for our lender, GMAC to be at the event. This way we were able to sit face to face with the Loan Modification department. By the way, the only way you are going to get anywhere with the bank is to ask to speak with someone in their Loss Mitigation department. Bear in mind that NACA my seem slow, due to the hundreds if not thousands of cases they are handling. But if you attend the event they will negotiate with most major lenders the same day! Even if you have stopped making your house payments, they may be able to save your home. If you are really fed up with the bank you can always file for bankruptcy to use the law to help you keep your home. I would suggest to anyone that is afraid to go into bankruptcy to carefully read the definition of bankruptcy. It is an honorable way to payback your creditors, so you have enough money to pay them all off! That is the way it should be. The banking institutions have designed loans, and credit card contracts that are nearly impossible to pay back and now nearly impossible to obtain by working individuals, who are able to afford the payments, but just need to have a number of payments put at the end of the loan or the payments lowered for a while until they are able to get back on their feet. The banks have been given bailout money to help their customers, but instead want to foreclose on the properties( to cut off their hands and feet financially), so they can put a new set of customers in loans they can stretch for 15-30 years, with less risk, due to the lower prices of homes, thus lower payments. An ideal situation would be for the banks to lower the principal in proportion to the lower property value, and modify the loan to an affordable amount that the customer can live with. There should be a moratorium on foreclosures until the politicians can help their constituents they are supposed to be serving, not the banks. Hope this helps, and happy new year.

Re: Bank of America Still Screwing Troubled Mortgage Borrowers

It is incomprehensible to me now.the usefulness and importanceis overwhelming. It's an honor to know that you are not alone in your beliefs in anyway. It's sad to feel so alone in the world you believe to be the rightful one for you. But then, browsing through your site gave me a reason to stand back. Sometimes it's not what other people think of, but it's what you are showing them that makes them say you are right and suddenly you'd find out someone is really right by your side. Thanks for sharing such wonderful thoughts.

Re: Bank of America Still Screwing Troubled Mortgage Borrowers

As the saying goes, if you don't like your bank, move.
