I'm very sorry to hear all of this...My father-in law, who is in his 60's, was just fired from a company that his grandfather started. His father just passed away, but had turned the company over to his wife just before passing. Once the step-mother took over she fired my father-in-law leaving him without a job and without any type of retirement. He was always told that the company would be his.
