You never know what to expect coming from banks. Why are they giving you hope and then just making your life a total mess because you relied on their promise? It's not fair, and this story is just another reason for me not to trust any bank. Watching what is happening around me i feel relieved that i didn't applied for any bank loan when i bought one of Miami condos last year. I used all my savings for this purpose, but at least i can sleep at night now.

Lauralyn, I've read the story and I can't believe how many bad things happened to you especially when things were going so good. Perhaps buying a house was the worst decision you made but you couldn't have predicted the things that followed. Anyone would have done the same thing. The only one to blame here is the banking system. It just proves you can't trust anyone. I really hope you found your luck in Europe.

Life isn't fair and when we add a loan to this we get a deadly combination. I'm sorry for all your troubles but you should know that your experience has made some of us read the contract twice. I hope this will put a small smile on the corner of your lips.
